Project overview
When we first met with the GBGHF planning comitee, their biggest concern was ensuing that during the event, their guests could enjoy beverages without having to wait in line. In years past, guests noted long wait times — often greater than 5 minutes. For our client, every minute a guest could be engaged with their campaign meant greater opportunity to fundraise.
Solution: Our team delivered a strategic event plan, innovative branding, and seamless logistics, focusing on attendee experience and interactive elements throughout the event. Through our planning, guests maintained a <2 minute wait time at each of our 3 beverage stations.
Results: Guests remained engaged in the campaign, allowing our customer to increase funds raised by 250% year-over-year.
