When the call came in to set up a full-service mobile bar on a beach for a high-end gala fundraiser, we knew this one would require creativity. With over 100 guests, a complex menu of 8 signature cocktails, and a venue right on the water in Tiny, Ontario, the logistics were anything but straightforward.
Sand, proximity to the water, and a premium guest list meant there was no room for error. Our team worked closely with the event organizer in the weeks leading up to the event, mapping out every detail — equipment placement, power supply, garnish prep, staffing positions, and contingency plans for the unique outdoor environment.
On the night of the event, Clam Digger Events integrated seamlessly into the gala atmosphere. Our satellite bar setup meant guests had access to cocktails throughout the venue without crowding a single station. All 8 signature cocktails were executed flawlessly, the vibe was exactly what the organizers had envisioned, and the feedback from guests was outstanding.
This event proved something we always say: we'll service any event, anywhere. Beach, barge, backyard, or ballroom — if you can dream it, Clam Digger Events can execute it.
